Professional Cannabis Security Manager (PCSM) is the second in the series of courses. Designed for security supervisors and managers, prerequisites are completion of PCSS and a letter of recommendation from the guard’s employer which also clearly indicates the guard holds or will soon hold a supervisory or managerial position. Instruction will provide the participant with an update to their solid base of knowledge of cannabis industry regulations, expanded operational planning and logistics, basics of personnel supervision and management, human resource concerns and various reporting requirements, report writing, and client relations.
