Professional Cannabis Security Operations (PCSO) is the third in the series of courses. Designed for security operations managers and first level executives, prerequisites are completion of PCSM, possession of a BSIS QM designation or holder of a valid PPO, and a letter of recommendation from the guard’s employer which also clearly indicates the guard holds or will soon hold an operational management or first level executive position. Instruction will provide the participant with an update to their solid base of knowledge from the PCSM course, and expand on the business aspects of personnel management, human resources and reporting requirements, payroll, EEO concerns and investigations, hiring practices, resource management, property management, and client management.
